Portreef Holdings Pty Ltd was established in 1994 as a project
management and engineering consultancy specialising in the Oil
and Gas sectors of industry. It was further developed and
structured to concentrate on the project management and
supervision of completion and commissioning activities to the
new build and conversion of FPSO's, production and exploration
platforms and in field installation hook up and commissioning
projects throughout the world.
Portreef Holdings
personnel have been involved in many geographical locations and
have extensive experience working with labour forces from an
array of varying ethnic backgrounds with differing languages and
customs. All personnel have constantly proven to be able to
communicate and pass on their knowledge gained on a wide variety
of projects, and will be an asset to any project with all
personnel having been on both sides of project development in
both a client role and a contractor's role and will readily
adjust to suit the specific requirements of the contract.
Portreef Holdings
have been involved in projects varying in sise, cost and
schedule and regard each project with the same importance and
priority. At Portreef we will provide to the client dedicated
personnel with a goal to complete each project safely, on
schedule, within budget and within the standards and
specifications set by the contract.
Our aim is to
provide the client with guidance to develop and implement system
based completion strategies to either new or existing project
activities in line with the project requirements. The group will
provide as part of a package a company completion management
system PWCOM developed to ensure an auditable trail of
completion documentation is captured through all phases of the
project. To compliment the package scheduled training regimes at
any location into its implementation and operational
capabilities can be included.
PWCOM has the
flexibility to be supplied to the client as a stand alone
package or if required include the use Portreef staff to
implement, analyse and adjust existing engineering data and
import and align it into PWCOM. It can then be used to develop
the relevant mechanical completion and commissioning work packs,
dossiers and commissioning test procedures ready for
implementation on site and provide ongoing support to monitor
progress control and completion.
