2006 Woodside Energy Limited Enfield Development Project
Tasked with the responsibility to manage and deliver a fully integrated FPSO out of a single shipyard and manage two separate contracts and divisions within the Shipyard.

Develop and establish all construction and completions schedules to enable the completion process to back end drive the construction activities with the client team responsible for all commissioning activities so as to drive the vessel departure within agreed milestones and budgets.

Develop an incentive and milestone achievement approach to drive the contractor to meet an early sail away target together with commercial and contract closure before sail away. The FPSO was delivered 5 weeks ahead of schedule 100% commissioned and accepted with no carry over from the shipyard and under the FPSO budget.

PWCOM was utilised as the preferred completions management system.
 

2006 Shell International E&P EA FPSO Rectification Project
Small team deployed to Nigeria to develop a level 4 schedule and prepare all relevant pre commissioning and commissioning scope to enable the vessel to be put back into service after a major shutdown of over one year.

PWCOM was utilised as the preferred completions management system.
 

2003 Shell Global Solutions (The Haag)
Completion System and PWCOM database development and implementation for onshore gas plant commissioning and multiple flow station installation in Nigeria. The two projects under development are the Shell Petroleum Development Companies Cawthorne Channel Project and Fokardis Yokri Project.

Personnel assigned to carry out:

• System based strategy alignment.
• Completion database development.
• System and sub system definition.
• Engineering data analysing and import routine development.
• Establish and carry out training routines and schedules for all personnel in country on the system implementation and operational guidelines
• Ongoing remote support on system implementation and progress reporting and monitoring.

2003 Shell Global Solutions (The Haag)
Completions management consultants to phase 2 of the Shell EA Development Project in Nigeria.

Personnel assigned to carry out:

• Completion management from project to asset hand over.
• Field assistance and supervision of contractors in the phase 2 installation activities onshore and offshore Nigeria.

2000-2003 Shell EA Development Project (Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria)
Sea Eagle FPSO with a capacity of 1.4 million bbls storage and 170,000 bbls throughput with a vessel weight of 199,900 DWT and a process topsides weight of 11,500t. Field Well Head platforms x 3, Offshore Gas Gathering platform x 1, 55 wells, sub-sea pipelines, HV and fi bre optic umbilical and a Soft Yoke Mooring System connection to FPSO.

• Commissioning and installation hook up strategy development.
• Field and site completion/commissioning supervision based at locations in South Korea, UAE, Singapore, The Haag, Onshore Nigeria and Offshore Nigeria.

1997-1999 Woodside Petroleum Laminaria Project (Australia)
Northern Endeavor FPSO with a capacity of 1.4 million bbls storage and
180,000 bbls throughput with a vessel weight of 199,900 DWT and a process
topsides weight of 17,500t.

• Completions and commissioning management.
• Installation, commissioning and hook up.
• Field and site completion/commissioning supervision based at locations in South Korea, Singapore, Norway, Onshore and Offshore Australia.

1994-1996 / 1997-1998 Woodside Petroleum Cossack Pioneer Project
Cossack Pioneer FPSO conversion and de-bottlenecking initially carried out in Singapore and then UAE increasing the production throughput from 90,000bbls to 115,000bbls per day.

1995-1996 Ampolex Oil Wandoo B Platform Development Project

weight of 6,500t and a production throughput of 40,000bbls per day.
